AGP為蛋白質(zhì)鍵合型手性柱，硅膠表面共價(jià)鍵合有α1-酸性糖蛋白。
適用于反相系統。

 在所有蛋白質(zhì)鍵合手性柱中，具有廣泛的適用范圍：

  1. 胺類(lèi)化合物（一級胺，二級胺，三級胺，四級胺類(lèi)化合物）
  2. 酸性化合物（強酸性化合物，弱酸性化合物）
  3. 非質(zhì)子類(lèi)化合物（酰胺類(lèi)化合物，酯類(lèi)化合物，醇類(lèi)化合物，亞砜類(lèi)化合物等）

適用于反相系統。
