一般描述

20 塊鋁板 20 x 20 cm
RP修飾板用于兩個(gè)目的：作為HPLC的試用方法和為特殊的分離選擇各種溶劑系統。我們的RP修飾的硅膠層非常適合許多具有挑戰性的分離，這些分離是未經(jīng)修飾的硅膠所無(wú)能為力的。這些膠層使用水溶劑系統來(lái)分離極度非極性的物質(zhì)，并對能適應離子對色譜的特定物質(zhì)進(jìn)行分析。更重要的是’，RP修飾的硅膠層很少受環(huán)境濕度的影響。和未修飾的硅膠不同，RP相不表現出催化活性。這使得它們成為易于氧化降解的不穩定物質(zhì)的shou選。

應用

TLC鋁板，涂有熒光指示劑F254s的RP-18修飾硅膠。用于薄層層析應用的TLC RP-18修飾硅膠板是以20塊20x20尺寸的包裝進(jìn)行提供的。
